AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY DF EUGENE FINDS THAT;
Pursuant to the provisions of ORS 227.215 and Sections 8.813, 9.278, and
9,668 through • 9 :684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Counci i has the authori t

NOW, THEREFORE,
Based upon•the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its own
the spec~f~c affirmative findings contained in the Planning De artment staff
notes of Februar 1 1983 ~ ~ p
y and P1 ann~ ng Commi ssi on m~ notes of February 1, 1983
for the reasons set forth therein, and
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. As provided by Sections 8.625 and 9.278 of the Eu ene Code

Tax Lot 600--Assessor's Map 17-03-33-2 2, as more particularly described
on the attached Exhibit A, located east of Coburg Road, west of I-5
Highway and south of Centennial Road.
