SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLIANCE ORDERS FOR INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT
Attached is a memo outlining what the City is doing to stay in compliance
with the EPA audit of our industrial pretreatment program. Would you please
indicate your concurrence to delegate authority to Coy Jones, Wastewater
Treatment Plant Manager, to sign the orders for the City by signing on the
line below. Please return to me after you have signed. Feel free to contact
me if you have any questions or concerns about this.
The City Manager delegates to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager the
authority to sign Administrative Compliance Orders for industrial pretreat-
ment violations issued by the City of Eugene.
