ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
OF THE
CITY MANAGER
City of Eugene, Oregon
Under section 16(2) of the Eugene Charter, the City Manager is given authori-
ty to enforce all ordinances. The City Manager desires to delegate this
authority as it relates to Ordinance 19723, an ordinance concerning Snow
Emergency Regulations.
Based on the above, the City Manager orders that the Maintenance Division
Manager of the Public Works Department shall have the authority to declare a
snow/ice emergency and enforce the snow emergency regulations ordinance in
the City Manager's stead.
