An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit:
That portion of Holly Street approximately 28 feet
by 10 0 f eet~_ contiguous and north of Lat 1, Block 2 ,
Oakmont Subdi-vis~ion, as platted and recorded in Book
30, Page 24, Lane County ~1at Records, Lane County,
Oregon.
RESERVIT~G herein an emergency vehicu~,ar access ease-
ment providing needed turn-around. { vik Sv 80-5}
Cn the 17th day of December, 1980, the City Council of the City
of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18731 setting a hearing to be held on
the 28th day of January, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City Hall,
Eugene, Oregon, at w~~ich time and place protests and remonstrances
could be heard as t~ the proposed vacation of the above described
street.
Native was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear-
ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at
City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 28th day of January, 1951, at Noon,
Pacific Standard Time, and~at said time and place the Council heard
all objections.
All persons owning property abutting upon---the----stree~_to _be_-va=
Gated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same.
THE CITY dF EUGENE DOE.5 URDAIN AS FQLLOwS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as
by law required and no valid ob~ectio~s have been made at the hear-
ing or filed. The consent of the owners o~ the abutting property
has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public
interest will not be prejud~.ced by the vacation of the street.

' Section 2. The hearing was held on t~,e 28th day of ~'anuary,
1981, at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Counc~.l Chambers, City
Hall, Eugene, Lane County, ~re~on, and all matters necessary to be
~~ done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove described street is hereby vacated,
and the street so vacated shall revert pursuant to the statutes of
the State of oregon.
Section ~. The City recorder is hereby directed to file a cer-
tified copy of this prdinance with the Recorder of Lane County,
oregon, togethex with a map or plat of said property, and a certi-
fied copy of this ordinance sha~.l be filed with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy sha~.l be filed with the Lane
County Surveyor.
