AN ORD2NANCE CONCERNING PARKS; AMENDING SECTION
2.$12 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.812 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby
amended by adding a new subsection ~.5} thereto, to read and provide:
2.812
~5} The provisions of this section apply to county
parks within the corporate limits of the city.
Section 2. That the matters contained herein concern the public
welfare and safety and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist, and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
