AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE AND SIGN DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATION AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AND SIGN
DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
.~ ?HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:

_ Pursuant to the provisions of DRS 227.215 and Sec~ti ons 8.813 9.278 and
.9.668 through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the Cit Council has~the authori

notes of October 4, 1983, and the Planning Commission minutes of October 4,
1983, for the reasons set forth therein, and
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. As provided by Sections 9.278 and 8.625 of the Eugene Code,
1971, the zoning map, the sign district map, and the zoning ordinance schedul e
of district changes and the sign code schedule of. district changes are hereb

amended to reflect the fo11 owi ng change of zone and sign district:
Tax Lot 13900--Assessor's Map 17-03-31-1 1, as more parti.cul arly described
on the attached Exhibit A, 1 orated south of Southern Pacific rail road
tracks: west of Pearl Street, north of 5th Avenue.

of district changes attached to Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1971, to show the
foregoing change of cl assi f~catian of area and to note .thereon the rul a wi th
respect to building in the appropriate classification.
