AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET;
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY ~, 1983,
AND ENDING JUNE 30, 1984; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the supplemental budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon,
for the.year beginning July 1, 1983, and ending June 30, 1984, as set forth
i n Sects on 2 below, ~ s hereby adopted .
Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does
hereby make the separate appropriation for each purpose, as detai 1 ed and i tem-
ized herein, pursuant to the provisions and in the manner provided by law as
follows:
