Each wall of a building facing to a public street shall be considered separately. Regardless of the sign area per lineal foot of building wall allowed, each separate business establishment shall . be permitted fifty {~0} square feet of sign surface area, and the maximum allowable sign area for any one sign shall not exceed three hundred fifty {350} square feet of surface area on any face. b.
