River's Edge SV 80-2~ On the 17th day of December, 1980, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 18732 setting a hearing to be held on the 2Sth day of January, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described street. Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear- ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 28th day of January, 1981, at Noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the street to be va- sated have consented to the ~vacat~,on , THE CITY CF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Sectian 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that due and regular notice of the hearing vas published and posted as by law required and no ~ralid objections Y~ave been made at the hear- ing or filed, The consent of the o~n,ers of the abutting property has been duly and regular~,y filed in the proceedings and the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the street, Sectian 2, The hearing was held on the 28th day of January, 1981, at noon, Facif is Standard T,i~e, at the Council Ch.a.~~,bers, City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all anatters necessary to be Ordinance - l i gzoq done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
