AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP DF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant to the provisions of ORS ~27,~15 and Sections 9.78 and 9,668
through 9.684 of the Eugene Cvde, 1911, the City Council has the authori t
