AN ORDINANCE~CONCERNING THE FINANCIAL PLANNING COM-
MITTEE, AMENDING SECTION 2.013 DF THE EUGENE CODE
1971; REPEALING SECTION5 2.366 AND 2.365 OF THAT CODE;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended
by del e:ti ng the Financial Planning Committee from the table of boards, com-
mittees and commissions set forth therein.
Section 2. Sections 2.366 and 2.368 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. That the matters contained herein concern the public welfare
and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance
shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the City Cvuncii and
approval by the Mayor.
