HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 19257~D~b 1[~~~R~S~ ~~'~ ~M~S AS~~~SM~N~` W~~~ ~E~iN ORDINANCE N0. ~q!~~~'"~ AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ASSESSMENTS FOR PAVING, SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER ON WILLAGILLESPIE ROAD FROM COUNTRY CLUB ROAD TO 300 FEET SOUTH OF CLINTON AVENUE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 19071, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that: On November 22, 1982, there was passed by the Council and appraved by the Mayor, Ordinance No. 19071, levying an estimated assessr~ent against the properties listed on the Assessment Roll attached thereto for paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer on Wi l ] agi 1 lespi a Road from Country Club Road to 300 feet south of Clinton Avenue. Final costs of the project have been calculated, and pursuant to the prov~s~ons of Section 7.240 of the Eugene Cade, 1911, the assessment roll attached to Ordinance No. l9Oll should be amended to reflect the reduced assessments far the assessment accounts. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section~l. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 71240 of the Eu ene Code 1971, Ordinance No. 19071 ass d g ' p e by the Cauncil and approved by the Mayor on -~ -~ November 22, 1982 is hereby amended by correcting the Assessment Roll attached hereto to reflect the reduced assessments for the,remainin accounts list d thereon, g e Section 2. The finance officer is directed to make the above correction to the docket of cit liens and to send s y a corrected notice of assessment to the property owners set forth in Section 1 above. Section 3. Except as herein specifically amended, all other rovision Ordinance No. 19071 and the ~ s of assessments ~prov~ded for therein remain ~n full force and effect.
