The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: A. NOW; THEREFORE, THE CIlY MANAGER OF THE CIlY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS THAT: Based on the above findings, which are hereby adopted, 1. The authority to perform the duties and responsibilities of the City Manager under the City's NPDES Permit, specifically including the authority to sign NPDES Permit applications and monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports on behalf of the City is hereby delegated to the Executive Director of the City's Public Works Department. 2. Upon finding it would be more efficient and in the public interest to do so, the Executive Director of the Public Works Department is specifically authorized to in turn delegate any of the duties or responsibilities delegated herein to such person or persons qualified to perform the delegated duties.
