AN ORDINANCE ADAPTING THE GLENWOOD JURISDICTIANAL
STUDY AND SELECTING ALTERNATIVE 2 AF THAT STUDY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DAES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Glenwood Jurisdictional Study of 1984, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
is hereby received and adopted,
Section 2. "Alternative ~" set forth on Pages V-4 and v~-5
.. of the Glenwood Jurisdictional Study that the City of Eugene
assume jurisdictional responsibility for all of Glenwood is
hereby adopted,
Section 3. The City Manager and staff are directed to take
whatever actions are necessary and appropriate to reflect that the
policy of the City of Eugene is as set forth in the Alternative
herein adopted,
