AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE SOUTHERN WILLAMETTE PRIMATE
INDUSTRY COUNCIL UNDER THE JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT
PUBLIC LAW 97-3CO}; AMENDING SECTION 2.013 DF THE EUGENE
CODE, 1971; REPEALING SECTIONS 2.137, 2.139, AND 2.141 OF
THAT CODE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE ODES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The table of boards, commissions and committees contained
in subsection ~1} of Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereb

amended by deleting the reference therein to JTPA Eugene Private Industr

Council.
Section 2. The table of boards, commissions and committees contained
in subsection ~1} of Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereb
