ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
of the
CITY MANAGER
CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
Pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter IV, Section
16 (2) (h) of the Eugene Charter, 1976, and in order to more
accurately reflect its actual activities, the current designation
of the Eugene Fire Department is hereby changed to the Fire
and Emergency Services Department.
The current positions of Chief and Assistant Chief of the
Eugene Fire Department are hereby changed to Emergency Management
Director/Fire Chief, and Deputy Emergency Management Director/Deputy
Fire Chief of the Fire and Emergency Services Department.
The redesignations provided for herein shall be effective
as of the 1st day of
July
