AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant to the provisions of OR5 227.215 and Sections 9.278 and
throu h 9.684 of th 9'fi68
9 e Eugene Code, 1971, the City Cauncil has the authorit and

ons contained therein, to change the
zoning classification of property within the Ci t of Eu ene •

• Based upon the report of the Planning Commission the materials r

• and the evidence presented before the Planning Cammission and

with the Gener g ~s ~n conformance

public need can best be served by changing the classification f
