AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 3,305, 3.306
AND 3.347 GF THE EUGENE CODES 1971; AND DECLAR-
ING AN E~SERGENCY .
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN A5 FDLLawS:
Section 1, Sections .3,345, 3.306 and 3.3Q7 of the Eugene Code,
1971, are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Because the City no longer licenses or regulates
masonry contractors, it would be in the best public interest and
eliminate possible confusion or conflict if the above provisions of
the Eugene Code, 1971 were repealed at once and therefore, an emer-
gency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall become
effective immediately upon its passage by the City Council and
approval by the Mayor,
