RESERVING hexer a 7 foot public utility easement on the ground, beneath the ground, and above the ground, along the easterly boundary of Lot 16 and the right to enter thereupon far purposes of construction, re- cons tructa.an and maintenance . Ev 8 4 -- ? ~ On the 2 $th day of January, 19 81, the City Council of the City of Eugene passed Oxdinance ~o. 18?55 sett,~ng a hearing to be held on the llth day of March, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene Oregon, at which time and p~,ace protests and remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation a~ the above described public utility easement, Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear- ing was held pursuant to the Qrd%nance at the Council Chambers, at City Hall, Eugene., Oregon, on the lith day of ~~arch, 19$1, at Noon, Pacific Standaxd Tine, ~.n~ at said tine and place the Council heard all objections. All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility easement to be vacated hate consented to the vacation and applied for the same. THE CITY OF EUGENE DQES oRD~IN ~5 FQZLowS: Section 1. The City Caunoil of tl~e C~,ty of Eugene finds that due and regular notice o~ the hea;rin~ was published and posted as by law required and no ~ali~ objections have been made at the hear- Ordi~~~nce ~ 1 18766 ing or filed. The consent of tk~e owners of the abutting property has been duly and regularly filed i,n the proceedings and the public interest will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the public utility easement. Section 2. The hear~.ng eras held on the 11th day of March, 1981, at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and alb, matters necessary to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
