An Ordinance vacating the fallowing described public utility
easement, to-wits
As described on E.xh~bit °',~'' attached hereto and in-
corporated herein by reference. ~Tharne Ev 80-5~
On the 25th day of sanuary, 195,, the City Council of the Czty
of Eugene passed Ordinance No. 15754 setting a hearing to be held on
the 11th day o~ N~arch, ~.9 Sl, at the Council Chambers at City Hall,
Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances
could be heard as to the proposed vacat~,on of the above described
public utility easement.
Native was duly and regul,ar~.y given of the hearing and a hear-
ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at
City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 11th day o~ March, 1981, at Noon,
Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the Council heard
all objections.
All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility
easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied
for the same.

Section 1. The City Counc~,l ~f the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice o~ the hearing was published and posted as
by law required and no valid object~,Qns have been made at the hear-
ing or filed. The canse~,t of the owners o~ the abutting property
has been duly and regularly f .fledi~, the proceedings and the public
interest will not be prejudiced by the. yacat~.an of the ublic

utility easement.

at noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers, Caty
Hall, Eugene, Lane County,. aregon, ~~~, a1,1 matters necessary to be

Section 3, The he~e.nabove descx~,bed pv~bl,ic utility easement
is hereby vacated, and the publ%c t;tility easement so vacated shall
revert pursuant to the ~statutos of the State of Oregon.
Section 4. The City RecQrde~ i5 hereby directed to file a cer-
of ied copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of .Lane County,
Oregon, together with a map ~r plat o~ said property, and a certi~
fled copy of this Ordinance shall be f,~led with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane
County Surveyor.
