AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING C2TY PARKS; AMENDING SEC-
TIQN 4.6$0 OE THE EUGENE CQDE, 197,, AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FO~,LO~`S:
Section 1. Subsection ~:2 ~ of Secti+~n 4. ~ 80 of the Eugene Code,
1971, is hereby amended to pro~ride:

ately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
