AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ExECUTZON OF DOCUMENTS
CONCERNING THE LEASING AND FINANCING OF THE
EUGENE CONFERENCE CENTER.
THE CITY OF EUGENE. DOES ORDAIN As FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Lease-Purchase Agreement, Trust Indenture,
Intergovernmental Agreement and Underwriting Agreement, attached
hereto as Exhibits A, E, C and D respecti~rely, are adopted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute the same, subject to the modi-
fications described in Section 2, which modifications shall be
approved by Council Resolution prior to execution of the documents.
Section 2. That the following modifications shall be approved
by Council Resolution prior to execution by the City Manager of the
documents:
2.1 The principal amount of the Certificates of
Participation;
2.2 The interest rate on the Certificates of Par-
ticipation;
2.3 The terms of maturity of the Certificates of
Participation;
2.4 Changes due to typographical or grammatical
errors; and
2.5 Changes in form not substantially affecting
the terms of the documents.
