AN ORDINANCE ELECTING TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH THE OREGON
LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSION ACCOUNT FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 34, l9$2~

THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Eugene, Oregon, far the fiscal year
ending June 3D, l9$2 elects to receive distribution of funds through
the Oregon Liquor Control Commission Account pursuant to Oregon
Revised Statutes.
Section 2. The Finance Officer is hereby directed to file a
copy of this Ordinance with the Executive Department of the State of
Oregon na later than July 31, 19$l, as prescribed by Oregon Reprised
Statutes.
