An Ordinancevacating the following described public utility
easement, to-wit;
As described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference. ~Edgewood Moun-

0n the Sth day of April, 1981, the City Council of the City of
Eugene passed Ordinance No. 187G5 setting a hearing to be held on
the 20th day of May, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City Hall,
Eugene, Qregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances
could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described
public utility easement.
Notice was duly and regularly given of the hearing and a hear~-
ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at
City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 20th day of May, 1951, at Noon,
Pacific Daylight Time, and at said time and place the Council heard
all objections.
All persons owning property abutting upo~~ the public utility
easement to be vacated ha~re consented to the vacation and applied
for the same.
THE CITY QF EUGENE DOES QRDAIN AS ~'OI~L4W5:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as
by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hear-
ing or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting property
has been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public
interest will, not be prejudiced by the vacation of the public utility
easement.

Section Z. The hearing wa,s held on the ZOth day of May, 1981,
at noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done in
the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove described public utility easement
is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated shall
revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a cer-
tified copy of this Ordinance with the Reorder of Lane County,
oregon, together with a map or plat of said property, and a certi-
fied copy of this Ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane
County Surveyor.

73, Slides 353 and 354, Lane County Cregon Plat Records, in Lane County, Oregon
the centerline being described as follows:
Beginning at a paint on the Northerly right-of-way of Brookside Drive, said point
being North 4.79 feet and East 3b4.77 feet from the Initial Point of Edgewoad Moun-
tain III; said initial point being North 4Q° 09' 49" East 500.Q0 feet from the
Southwest corner of the William Luckey Donation Land Claim No. 52, in Township ~.S
South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, Lane County, Qregon; thence
North 38° ~Q' 20" East 16.7 feet; thence
South 41° 50' 12" East 55.15 feet to the Point of. Terminus, in Lane County, Oregon.
RESERVING herein a 14 foot slope easement .along Brookside Drive.
