AN ORDINANCE CONCERNrNG THE JOLNT PACKS COMMITTEE;
AND AMENDING SECTYON 2.013 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971.
The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that:
The City's Director of Parks and Recreation has requested that
the membership of the Joint Parks Committee, which was created by
Council action and presently consists of two Councilors and two Plan-
ning Commission members be increased by adding two citizen members.
Citizen in~rol~rement in the Committeets activities would be in
the best public interest, a~,d the table of City Boards, Commissions
and Committees contained in Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971
ahould be amended to reflect the Council`s action of adding two citi-
zen members to the Joint Parks Committee.
THE CITY of EUGENE DIES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
Section 1. The designation of the Joint Parks Committee con-
tained in the table of city boards, commissions and committees in
subsection ~1~ of Section 2.013 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby
amended to provide:
