AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE BUDGET; AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 18698; Y
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
By Ordinance No. 18695 adopted by the Council
and approved by the Mayor on September 17, 1980, certain
appropriations and fund sources were summarized in Section 3
thereof for the Bancroft Bond Redemption Fund. A scrivener's
error has been found in the dollar amount stated for Reserves
and a Transfer to Other Funds was omitted. Section 3 of
Ordinance No. 18698 is amended to provide as follows with
respect to the Bancroft Bond Redemption Fund:
Section 3. That the City Council of the City
of Eugene, Oregon, makes appropriations for the
purposes show as follows:
BANCROFT BOND REDEMPTION FUND
CURRENT -- DEPARTMENTAL

RESERVES 15,$17,850
TRANSFERS To OTHER FUNDS 393,163
FUND TOTAL 18,315,300
Section 2. Except as herein specifically amended, all
other provisions of Ordinance No, 18698 shall remain in full
force and effect.
