AN 4~DINANCE CONCERNING LIMC}US2NE DRIVERS; AMEND-
ING SECTrQN 3.010 OF THE EUGENE CODE, 1971; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DQES 4RDAZN AS FOLLDwS:
Section 1. The table of licensed businesses contained in Sec
tion 3.410 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby amended by inserting
the number 20 after Limousine Driver and adding a Note 20 thereto,
to provide:

Note 20 - Limousine Driver. The limousine driver appli-
cation and license fee shall be waived if the individual is
licensed as a taxicab driver by the city.
Section 2. That the provisions contained herein concern the
public welfare and safety, and in order to insure an equitable admin-
istration of the City's limousine licensing procedures are emergency
is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage by the City Council and approval by the
Mayor .
