An Ordinance vacating the following described public utility
easement to-wit:

incorporated herein by xef erence . :City o~ Eugene

Dn the 2nd day of July, 19$l, the City Council of the City
of Eugene passed ordinance No.~,8331 setting a hearing to be held
on the 9th day of Septembex, 1981, at the Council Chambers at City
Hall., Eugene, Oregon, at which time and p~,ace protests and remon-
strances cou~,d be heard as to the proposed vacation of the above
described public utility easement.
Notice was du1,y and regularly given of the hearing and a hear--
ing was held pursuant to the Ordinance at the Council Chambers, at
City Hall, Eugene., Oregonr on the 9th day of September, 1951, at
Noon, Pacific Daylight Times and at said time and place the Council
heard all objections.
All persons owning property abutting upon the public utility
easement to be vacated have consented to the vacation and applied
for the same.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES oRDAI,N AS ~'o~LOWS:
Section 1. The City Council ~~ the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice o~ the hearing was published and posted as
by law required and no valid objections have been made at the hear-
ing ar filed. The consent of the owners o~ th.e abuttin ro ert

has been duly and regularly fi~,ed in the proceedings and the public
interest wild, not be prej~ud~..c_ed by the. vacation of the public utility
easement.

Section 2. Th.e heari~,~ w~,s held Qn the 9th. day of September,
1981, at noon, pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Eugene, Lane County, aregon, and a11, matters necessary to be
done in the premises ha~~re been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3. The hereinabove described pub.~.ic utility easement
is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated shall
revert pursuant to the statutes of the Mate of Oregon.
Section 4. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a cer-
tif~ied copy o~ this Drdi~ance w~.th the Recorder of Lane County,
Cregan, together with a snap or plat o~ said property, and a certi-~
fied copy of this. Cr-dinance shah. be ~1ed with the Lane County
Assessor and another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane
County Surveyor.
