1. PUBLIC FORUM
Mayor:
The Public Forum is an opportunity for individuals to speak to the City
Council on any city-related issues except for those items which have already
been heard by a Hearings Official or are on tonight’s agenda as a public
hearing.
Each person will have three minutes to speak. When you come to the podium,
please give your name, city of residence, and, for Eugene residents, your ward if
known. The timer and lights indicate the time you have to speak. A yellow light
will come on when you have 15 seconds to complete your comments. The red
light indicates the end of three minutes.
Mayor closes Public Forum and asks for comments from the City Council.

actions on bills and approval of staff recommendations in the April 15 and
April 22, 2009, IGR Bill Reports for bills not pulled for discussion at those IGR
meetings.

Resolution 4971 Approving the Issuance of Additional Revenue Bonds by
the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission; and Providing an

Management Commission; and providing an effective date.

An Ordinance Concerning Rental Housing Standards; Amending Section
8.425 of the Eugene Code, 1971

7. ACTION:
An Ordinance Concerning Wastewater and Stormwater Service and
Amending Sections 6.411 and 6.421 of the Eugene Code, 1971
City Council President:
I move that the City Council adopt Council Bill 5000,
an ordinance concerning wastewater and stormwater service.
