AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ACTIVITIES 4N STREETS AND
SIDEWALKS; AND AMENDING SECTION 4.564 OF THE EUGENE
CODE, 1971.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FaLL4WS:
Section 1. Subsection ~.3} of Section 4. S60 of the Eugene Code,
1971, is hereby amended to provide:
4,560 Certain Activities on Streets and Sidewalks Prohibited.
~3~ No person sha11 give a show, exhibition or perform-
ance on a street or sidewalk except for parades which are per-
mitted by this code.
