AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING SHOPLIFTING AND AMENDING
SECTION 4.825 4F THE EUGENE CODE, 1971,
THE CITY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Subsection ~l} of Section 4,825 of the Eugene
Code, 1971, is hereby amended to read and provide:
4,825 Shoplifting,
~l} No person shall wilfully conceal or take posses--
lion of goods offered for~sale by a retail or wholesale store
or other mercantile establishment with the intent to convert
the goods to his own use without paying the purchase price
thereof.
