DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION
CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
AMENDMENT TO SUBSECTION (1) OF PARK RULE 1.000;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Pursuant to the authority of Section 2.812 et seq. of the
Eugene Code, 1971, the Department of Parks and Recreation of the
City of Eugene hereby amends subsection (1) of Park Rule 1.000,
to read and provide as follows:
1.000
Property.
(1) The following rules shall apply to all property
belonging to the City of Eugene, including property outside
the corporate limits of the City and County parks within the
corporate limits of the City.
The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation hereby
declares that the foregoing amendment to Park Rule 1.000 is neces-
sary for the preservation of the welfare and safety of the citizens
of the City of Eugene and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist, and this Rule as amended shall be effective on and after
the date hereof.
