AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET; MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE CITY OF EUGENE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1981, AND ENDING JUNE 34, 1982; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY THE CITY OF EUGENE DOE5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:. Section 1. That the supplement a1 budget for the City of Eugene, Oregon, for the year beginning July 1, 1981, and ending June 30, 1982, as set forth in Section 2 below, is hereby adapted. Section 2. That this supplemental budget i s prepared i n accordance with ORS ~94.480~1~~a~, which authorizes the formulation of a supp1er~ental budget w resulting from "An occurrence or condition which had not been ascertained at the time of the preparation of a budget for the current year which requires a change in financial planning." Section 4, This ordinance, in accordance with ORS ~94.480~3~, does " . ,not authorize any increased levy of taxes," and appropriations for this supplemental budget shall be funded from previously uncommitted revenue. Section 5.
