AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION ~4ND
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY COUNCIL DF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant to the previsions of DRS 227.215 and '
Sections 9.275 and 9.668
through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authorit

the zan~ng class~f~cat~on of property within the City of Eu ene•

. Based upon the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans-

Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby ado is as its own the

Section 1. As provided by Section 9.278 of the Eu ene Code 1971 the

Tax Lots 5900, 5936, and 5820--Assessor's map 17-04-36-3 2 as more
particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A," located on the east
side of City View Street, south of the Amazon Channel:
Change of zone from RA Suburban Residential District and R-1 Low Densit
