RECITALS; The City Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution No. 3439 ~, adopted November ~, 1~ 80, determine to construct a sanitary sewer to serve Wi 1lakenzie Island Annexation Area ado, 1, (A-Z #78-11), located generally adjacent to Tulip and 3albaa Streets, Green Acres Road and dolly Avenue The City Council authorized the execution of a contract far the construction of the local improvements on OeCember 8 , lg $0 ; The local improvements have been constructed in accordance with the contract and applicable provisions of the Eugene City Code and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be: It°m 1. THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN aS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the total cost of constructing sanitary sewer to serve Willa~enzie Island Annexation Area Na. 1, ~A-Z X78-11), located generally adjacent to Tulip and Balboa Streets, Green Acres Raad and Ho11y Avenue Jab Na. 1815) in the City of Eugene, is the sum of ~ 92,811.13 , aforesaid, which is by this ordinance assessed against the parce1s,.pf property hereinafter described in the amounts set opposite, respectively. Section 2. That the City Council of the City of Eugene does hereby determine that each parcel of land or tat hereinbefore described is specifically benefi tted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective lots, parts of lots ar parcels of land against which said several amounts are assessed, and orders and directs the City Retarder to enter in the docket of City ~.iens, a statement thereof ' ~ containing the following; f=irst: A description of each lot, part of lot ar acreage pro er1 P y liable for such improvement. Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, ar that the name of the owner is unknown. third; The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the same in the said Jacket of City liens. Section 4.
