AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE BUDGET; AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 18991; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOI~S:
Section ]. By Ordinance No. 18991 adopted by the Council and approved
by the Mayor on June 16, 1952, certain appropriations were summarised in
Section ~ thereof for the Sewer Fund. A scrivener's error has been found
in the dollar amount stated for Loans to Other Funds and Balance Available.
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 18991 is amended to provide as follows with respect
to the Sewer Fund,
Section Z, That the City Council of the City of Eugene,
Oregon, ma es appropriations for the purposes shown as follows:

Section 2. Except as herein specifically amended, are other provisions
of Ordinance No. 15991 shall remain i n fu11 force and effect.
Section 3. That the provisions contained herein concern the public
welfare and safety and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage by
the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
