AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE SIGN CODE; AMENDING
SECTION S.~7Q QF THE EUGENE CODES 1971, AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY,
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 8.678 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is .hereby
amended by adding a new subparagraph ~h~ thereto, to read and rv~

Section 2. That the provisions contained herein concern

public welfare and therefore, ari emergency is hereb declar
