AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING LAND USE CLASSIFICATION AND
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGENE, OREGON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant to the pravisians of ORS ZZ7.Z15 and Sections 9.278 and 9.668
through 9.684 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Council has the authorit

the zoning classification of property within the City of Eugene;
Based upon the report of the Planning Commission, the materials trans-.
mitted therewith, and the evidence presented before the Plannin Commission

Based upon the foregoing, the City Council hereby adopts as its awn the

Change of zone from R-4 High Density Residential to R-41SR High Density
Residential with site review procedures, said site review procedures
addressing concerns as set forth in Exhibit "B" attached.
Section 2. The Planning Director is hereby authorized and directed
to cause the zoning map and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes
attached to Chapter 9 of the Eugene Code, 1971, to show the foregoing
change of classification of area and to note thereon the rule with respect
to building in the appropriate classification.
