Change in zone from R-1 Low Density Residential District to RP1SR Resi- dential Professional District with site review procedures said site review procedures addressing concerns as set forth in Exhibit B attached and a ch ange of sign district from Residential Sign District to~Profes- sional Office Sign District. . The Planning Director be and is hereby authorized and directed to cause the zoning map, the sign district map, the schedule of sign district classification changes attached to Chapter 8, and the zoning ordinance schedule of district changes attached to Chapter g of the Eugene Code 1971, to show the faregaing change of classification of area and to Hate thereon the rule with respect to building in the appropriate classification.
