ORDINANCE NQ . / ~3 S ~i
An Ordinance vacating the following described street, to-wit:
As described an Exhibit "A" attached hereto, so
marked and incorporated by reference ~McClarey

On the 14th day of March, 1979, the City Council of the City of
Eugene passed Ordinance Teo. 18353 setting a hearing to be held on the
25th day of April, 19?9 at the Council Chambers at City Hall, Eugene,
Oregon, at which time and place protests and remonstrances could be
heard as to the proposed vacation of the above described street.
Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a hear-
ing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers at
City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 25th day of April, l9?9, at 12:00

o'clock noon, Pacific Daylight Time, and at that time and place the
Council heard all objections.
All persons owning property abutting upon the street to be
vacated have consented to the vacation and applied for the same.
THE C2TY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FQLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Eugene finds that
due and regular notice of the hearing was published and posted as by
law required and no valid objections have been made at the hearing
or filed. The consent of the owners of the abutting property has
been duly and regularly filed in the proceedings and the public inter-~
est will not be prejudiced by the vacation of the street.
Section 2. The hearing was held on the 25th day of April, 1979,
at 12:Q0 o'clock noon, Pacific Daylight Time, at the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, and all matters necessary to be done in the
premises have been duly and regularly completed.

Section 3. The hereinabo~e described street is hereby vacated,
and the street so vacated sha1~ revert puxsuant to the statutes of
the State of Oregon.
Section ~. The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a certi~
fled copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County, Oregon,
together with a map or plat of the property, and a certified copy of
this Ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County Assessor, and
another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane Caunty Surveyor.
