AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING BU52NESS LICENSES;
AMENDING SECTIQNS 3.010 AND 3.015 OF THE EUGENE
CaDE, 1971; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DQES ORDAIN A5 FOLLOWS;
Section 1. The Table of Licensed Businesses and Note 6 thereto
contained in Section 3.010 of th.e Eugene Cade, 1971, are hereby
amended to provide:

Note 5 - Gas Fitter, Class A and Gas Fitter,~Class
Liquefied Petrol~um~Gas. If the Gas Fitter, Class A or LPG
has a plumbers license or a state LPG Fitters license then the
Gas Fitters license is $5RD0.
Section 2. Section -3.D15 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is hereby
amended to provide:
3.415 Application Fee. Applications for licenses required by
section 3.010 shall be accompanied by a $5.00 initial
application fee or the fee shown in Column B of section 3.010.
Application fees shall not .be refunded. Payment of application
fee is required on all license renewal applications that are de~
linquent August first.
Section 3. That the provisions contained herein concern the
public welfare and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption by the City Council and approval by the Mayor, and the fees
provided for herein sha,l,l be effective as of July 1, 1979.
