WHSR}:AS, the Common Council of the City of Euge.:e did by I~eS01 Utz an N0. 2$43 ~ 2829 , :adopted by

the Common Council on the day of , 19~~, y of
February, 1978, determine to pave streets an construct sanitary sewer and storm sewer F
within South Vista Subdivision; and to serve Anne P1at,~and construct sanitary sewer
to serve within 160 feet of the north and south boundary of Anne Plat
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and '
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene dial by Section 1.195 of the City Code, determine to
assess far Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cast thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

Section 3. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefore described is specifically
benef fitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be l~.ens upon the respective
fats, parts of lots or parcels of Land against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Retarder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following:
First: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage pxaperly liable
for such improvement.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, ar that the name
of the owner ~.s unknown.
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Liens.
