WHEREAS, the Cowman Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.145 of the City Code, determine to
assess for Special Sealer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Laae County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been made in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

parct•ls of real property having been heretofore duly and regularly .given in compliance with the provisions of
Chapter 7 of the- 8ugene City Code, and the Common Council having heard any and all protests, objections and
renaastrances thereto and having fully considered the soars.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLL{XaS:
Section 1. That the total cost of sanitary sewer to serve Bransam Subdivision
in the City o£ Eugene, is the sum of $ ~~~ ~ ~•$ ~ aforesaid, which is by this ordinance assessed
against the parcels of property hereinafter described in the amounts set apposite, respectively.
5hction 2. That the Gammon Council of the City of Eugene, Oregon, does hereby determine and assess each
lot and part of lot being in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, to-wit:

Section 3. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land ar lot hereinbefore described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following:
k'irst: A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage pxoperly liable
for such improvement.
Second: The name of the owner ar reputed owner thereof, or that the name
of the owner is unknown.
Third: The surn assessed upon saz.d property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Liens,
