AMENDI~-G T~NE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF EUGEi~E, OREGON
THE CITY COUNCIE a~ THE CITY OF EUGENE FINDS THAT:
Pursuant ta~ the prav~sibns of ORS ~~7.~15, Sect~an 9.~7$ and 9.~b8
through 9.5~~ of the Eugene Code, I9~I, the City Council has the authority
and responsibi 1 ity= subject to the ~ imitations contained therein, to change .
