AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.
18371 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sectian 1, There is hereby added to City of Eugene Ordi-
nance No. 18371 a new section to be numbered and provide:
Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance and
the designations herein provided shall not affect or
apply to building permits determined by the Superin-
tendent of Building Inspection to be valid permits
that were applied for prior to the effective date
of this ordinance.
Section~2, The original heading "Section 5" of City of
Eugene Ordinance Na. 18371 is amended and changed to be headed
ii ~P~!f ~ nn h _ ~~
Sectian 3. The City Recorder is directed to attach
this ordinance to Ordinance Na. 18371.
Section 4. That the provisions contained herein concern the
public welfare and therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist, and this Ordinance shall became effective immediately upon
its passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
