W HERxAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.195 of the City Code, determine to
assess far Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been madw in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

' Section 3. That the Common Council of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbeford described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefore set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
lots, parts of lots ar parcels of land against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Retarder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the fallawzng:
First; A description of each lot, part of lot or acreage ,properly liable
for such improvement.
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name
of the owner is unknown.
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the ,
same in the said Jacket of City Liens,
Passed by the Common Council on Approv by the Mayor on
