An Ordinance vacating the following described public utility
easement, to-wit:
PARCEL 1, A 12 foot wide parcel of land, the centerline
of which is the boundary line common to Lots 174 and 175,
SECOND ADDITION TO SUNNY HOLLOW, as platted and recorded
in Book l2, Page 32, Lane County Oregon Plat Records, in
Lane County, Oregon.
PARCEL 2. A 12 foot wide parcel of land, the centerline
of which is the boundary line common to Lots 173 and 174,
SECOND ADDITION TO SUNNY HOLLOW, as platted and recorded
in Book 12, Page 32, Lane County Oregon Plat Records., in
Lane, County, Oregon,
PARCEL 3, A 12 foot wide parcel of land, the centerline
of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lat 173, SECOND ADDITION
TO SUNNY HOLLOW, as platted and recorded in Book l2, Page 32,
Lane County Oregon Plat Records, thence along the East boon-~
dart' of said Lot 173 North 1?°30'00" East to the terminus
point, which is on the Sauthwest margin of Center Way, all
in Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
PARCEL 4. A 6.00 foot wide parcel of land, the South
boundary of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 175, SECOND ADDITION
TO SUNNY HOLLOW, as platted and recorded in Book 12, Page 32,
Lane County Oregon Plat Records; thence along the South
boundary of said Lot 175 and Lots 174, 173, and 172 of said
Plat South 72°30'00" East 405,50 feet to the terminus point,
which is on the Southwesterly margin of Center Way, .all in
Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. Becker EV 79--10 }
On the 17th day of October, 1979, the City Council of the
City of Eugene. passed Ordinance No. 1H523 setting a~~ -heaving .~.t~~: ,be
held on the 21st day of November, 1979, at the Council Chambers at
City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, at which time and place protests and
remonstrances could be heard as to the proposed vacation of the
above described .public utility easement.
Notice was duly and regularly given of said hearing and a
hearing was held pursuant to said Ordinance at the Council Chambers
at City Hall, Eugene, Oregon, on the 21st day of November, 1979, at
12:00 noon, Pacific Standard Time, and at said time and place the
Ordinance -- 1

Section 2, The hearing was held on the 21st day of November,
1979, at 12:4 noon, Pacific Standard Time, at the Council Chambers
at City Hall, Eugene, Lane County, Oregon, and all matters necessary
to be done in the premises have been duly and regularly completed.
Section 3.
The hereinabave described public utility easement
is hereby vacated, and the public utility easement so vacated shall
revert pursuant to the statutes of the State of Oregon,
Section 4.
The City Recorder is hereby directed to file a certi-
fied copy of this ordinance with the Recorder of Lane County, oregon,
together with a map or plat of said property, and a certified copy of
this ordinance shall be filed with the Lane County Assessors and
another certified copy shall be filed with the Lane County Surveyor,
