THE CITY COUP#C~L OF THE CITY OF EUGENE FI~~DS THAT;

Based upon the foregoing., the City Council hereby adopts as its o~rn the
specific affirmative f i ~d i ngs contained i n the Planning Department Staff Notes

May ~I; ~ 979, far .the reasons set forth therein, and .
