ORDINANCE NO. SJ'~3 <br />An ordinance initiating the vacation of the following described <br />sanitary sewer easement, to-wit: <br />A 30ft. wide Sanitary Sewer Easement Located on <br />Lots 18 and 19 of Treehouse P, U, D. as platted <br />and recorded on slide 73., file 199 in Lane County <br />4 regon Plat Records. <br />RESERVING herein aeasement on the ground, above <br />the ground, and beneath the ground far purposes of <br />a public utility easement on and along the north and <br />east boundaries of Lot 18 of the above described plat, <br />and the right to enter thereon for purpases of con- <br />struction and maintenance. Land Dynamics Ev 79-13~ <br />THE CYTY 4F EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FoLL4wS: <br />Section~l, The City Council of the City of Eugene herein <br />initiates the vacation proceedings on its own authority without <br />petition or consent of the property owners, except as provided by <br />statute, of the above described sanitary sewer easement, <br />Section ~. A hearing shall be held upon the proposal to <br />vacate the sanitary sewer easement as herein provided, and the <br />hearing shall be held on the 13th day of February, 1980, at noon, <br />Pacific Standard Time of said date, at the Council Chambers at <br />City Hall, Eugene, aregon, at which time all persons will be <br />heard upon objections or suggestions with regard to the vacation, <br />and at said time the Council will provide for the vacation of the <br />sanitary sewer easment or deny such vacation, and in case the <br />vacation is made, will provide and make provision for any damages <br />sustained by local assessment, <br />
