An ordinance levying assessments fox Street paving, sanitary sewer and storm sewer
construction to serve Panorama View IV Subdivision (1520}
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon. ~ 8
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Resolution Na. , adopted by
the Common Council on the 1 9th day of A~ r~ ~ _ __ 19 ~ 8 determine to p a v e S t r e f~ t S
and cons-tract sanitary sewers and storm sewers to serve Panorama View IV
Subdivision (1520}
in the City of Eugene, Lane County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Eugene did by Section 7.195 of the City Code, determine to
assess for Special Sewer Levy Fund in the City o£ Eugene, Lane County, Oregon.
WHEREAS, the improvement above described and designated has been madA in accordance with said ordinance and
the law in such case made and provided, and the cost thereof and amount to be assessed have been ascertained to be,

Section 3. That the Gammon Council of the City of Eugene does hereby
determine that each parcel of land or lot hereinbefare described is specifically
benefitted to the extent of the assessment hereinbefare set forth, and does
hereby declare each and all of said assessments to be liens upon the respective
lots, parts of lots or parcels of land against which said several amounts are
assessed, and others and directs the City Recorder to enter in the docket of
City Liens, a statement thereof containing the following:
First: A description of each lot, part of tat or acreage properly liable
for such improvement,
Second: The name of the owner or reputed owner thereof, or that the name
of the owner is unknown,
Third: The sum assessed upon said property and the date of entering the
same in the said docket of City Liens.
